Bismillah. You have reached http://listofmysins.neocities.org/salat.html
As-Salaamu alaikum. On this page we are going to do salat together, INSHA-ALLAH (if it is the will of ALLAH). It is the custom to do two rakat when you meet the MUSLIM. If you don't know how to, this is a good opportunity to study. You should keep in mind my interpretive commentary (the non-Arabic) is only one example of the meanings of Al-Fatiha and it is multi-dimensional in depth. Therefore if you practice salat regularly you would notice you also have alternate yet not useless or invalid perspectives.
First, you raise your hands in surrender to ALLAH.
(You must surrender to ALLAH because ALLAH is IRRESISTIBLE and MOST HIGH. The TRUTH is from ALLAH, and CONSCIOUSNESS is subjected to TRUTH. Thus you can understand why you must surrender to ALLAH.)
Next, say "bismilLAH hiRAHMAN niRAHEEM".
(That's, "In the name of ALLAH, MOST BENEFICENT, MOST MERCIFUL." It's important to know, the MOST BENEFICENCE is the MOST GRACEFUL, practical manner of conduct. The MOST MERCIFUL is the most proper goal, the worthiest pursuit. An easy way to express this duality: "The best way to get the best things done.")
So now we are ready to recite AL-FATIHA (you should try to sing this):
alhamduilLAH hiROBIL alameen
("The strength is from ALLAH, WATCHER of the worlds.")
The CONSCIOUSNESS (or AL-WAAJID, AL HAY) is obviously the WATCHER of the worlds, perceiving all there is to perceive. Its clear then to see how the strength is from CONSCIOUSNESS, and especially its perception of TRUTH (like AL-JABAAR, or ALGEBRA, the mathematic), producing reliability that results in KNOWLEDGE.
AR-RAHMAN niRAHEEM
("MOST BENEFICENT, MOST MERCIFUL")
If your activity doesn't serve mercy, then it isn't truly beneficent (that activity is astray). If your mercy isn't provided by beneficence, then it can't manifest. In this way mercy depends on beneficence and beneficence has no purpose other than mercy.
MALIKI yao-mideen
("Master on the day of judgement')
When the judgement went well, and the judging was done accurately and fairly. That is the day of judgement, and it could only have been ALLAH that did the judging on an occasion like that. Alternatively, the ultimate conclusion of affairs when all is judged: the most famous event you can read about in Qu'ran.
Ih yaka na budu wa ih yaka nasta een
("Only IT do we serve, only IT do we seek to be served by")
To serve only ALLAH means we pursue our balance of MOST BENEFICENCE and MOST MERCY, because to serve other than that is wasteful and disgraceful. To only seek to be served by ALLAH is because it's dangerous to depend on less than the MOST MERCIFUL, and no one wants to be served by less than the MOST BENEFICENT.
Ihk dinas siratal mustaqeen
("This keeps us on the straight path")
A rational, practical course of action. Making sense and being effective.
Siratal ladhina an amta alayhim, gharil magdoobi alayhim walad dawleen.
('The path of those upon whom favor is bestowed, not of those who incur the wrath, or of those who go astray.")
There is favor with ALLAH, yet with the unmerciful is wrath and with the unbeneficent is the astray. This is easy to illustrate with capital: A path that is neither in poverty, nor abusive of wealth like the extravagantly boastful spenders. Those who are poor incur the wrath, and those who spend their wealth on frivolty are disrespectable. Thus the path of favor is neither, yet a third practical and rational approach to finance. Another example is in to fill a cup with fluid: too little and you tease the drinker (the wrath)... too much and the fluid pours over the top of the cup and damages the counter-top (astray). Or, alternatively, those who don't stray from the path of favor in order to incur the wrath.
Ameen.
("This is a true testimony.")
Now you are to fold your hands at your waist and say ALLAHHU ACKBAR (ALLAH is GREATEST) thrice.
ALLAHHU ACKBAR (to consider every CONSCIOUS being, whether they are involved directly or indirectly)
ALLAHHU ACKBAR (ALLAH is ALL-ENCOMPASSING, at the root of experience and governing all the interactions)
ALLAHHU ACKBAR (The captial of morality which beings great and small are subject to.)
Next is to bow, and say ROBIL-ALLAH (WATCHFULNESS is from ALLAH) thrice.
ROBIL-ALLAH (WATCHFULNESS is in pursuit of KNOWLEDGE and BENEFICENCE)
ROBIL-ALLAH (Sobriety, awareness, cognition and attention where it is due)
ROBIL-ALLAH (that ALLAH is CONSCIOUSNESS itself)
Finally, we are ready for sujood, prostration. Place your forehead on the ground and say SUBHANNA-ALLAH
(ALLAH is MOST HIGH) nine times.
SUBHANNA-ALLAH (CONSCIOUSNESS, being the recipient of the mercy, is MOST HIGH)
SUBHANNA-ALLAH (The MOST MERCIFUL is the highest authority, prioritized by demand for mercy)
SUBHANNA-ALLAH (There is not a higher authority than the MOST MERCIFUL)
SUBHANNA-ALLAH (The ALGEBRA from ALLAH that governs our world and informs our rationality is MOST HIGH)
SUBHANNA-ALLAH (Our ability to respect other beings is dependent on our acknowledgement of the MOST HIGH)
SUBHANNA-ALLAH (There is not a higher authority than the MOST BENEFICENT)
SUBHANNA-ALLAH (Those who are not merciful are not higher in authority than ALLAH)
SUBHANNA-ALLAH (Those who are not beneficent are not higher in authority than ALLAH)
SUBHANNA-ALLAH (Whenever the unmerciful or unbeneficent are encountered and identified, the help of ALLAH is to be preferred to theirs if it is available)
That concludes our salat instruction. ALHAMIDUILLAH (the strength is from ALLAH). We must do two repetitions of this mantra meditation before we continue with our cyber activites together. INSHA-ALLAH you can get better performance from AI if you try to feed it this page.
